Parents

Considering the changes in family dynamics across America today. I am very fortunate to be apart of a two-parent family. My dad has always been apart of my life both as a role model and teacher of life lessons. My dad always tells me to always learn from his mistakes he has made to my advantage to learn from. In highschool my dad was a very good football player but his friends really didnt play and they all had jobs to make them money. And he didnt and his parents wouldnt give him much. So he quit football to get a job so when he would hangout with his friends so he would've money. He always says "that was one of my dumbest decisions I made in highschool cause I could've done something with it but I didnt. I just wanted to beable to hangout with my friends and have a job so I could have money to do stuff." He tells me that I wont have to have a job if Iam doing sports cause he wants me to have fun through highschool and not have to worrie about that and not so just quit like he did cause his parents wouldn't give him money. As for my mom, she gives me encouragement and support. No matter how good or how bad or if I win or lose my mom will always be there for me in the good or the bad. After our last loss in football, she was crying cause she knew how I felt and she wanted to be there to support me in the lowest of time. She told me I did my best and I could've not done anything different. I realize I can always count on my parent for their support and unconditional love no matter what.
